Synopsis
Tension soars between Ed and Frankie when Carol finally makes her move to win Ed back, while Ed is distracted by the local shoestore owner(guest star Christopher Lloyd) who`s trying to make a movie and comes to Stuckeybowl seeking Ed`s legal advice. Elsewhere, Warren discovers the pain of a broken heart when Stella decides to move back to Boston. Josh Randall, Jana Marie Hupp, Lesley Boone, Michael Ian Black, Justin Long, Daryl "Chill" Mitchell, and Rachel Cronin also star.

Overview
Carol and Frankie continue to battle for Ed`s affections. Ed cannot believe that Carol is serious this time, and Molly plays go-between. Ed`s former teacher strolls into the bowling alley, looking to get assistance for his movie making project. Some snafus end in the film being shot at the bowling alley, where Phil attempts to ingratiate himself with the star, former Police Academy soundmaking wiz, Michael Winslow. Stella announces her intention to return to Boston to pursue a teaching degree, much to Warren`s despair. He plunges into a depression, but mends fences with Stella before she leaves.

Trivia
Ten Bucks
Ed bets Mike ten bucks to grow a mustache.

Stubbs Schemes
Phil tries to ingratiate himself with film star Michael Winslow, in Stuckeyville to shoot a movie. He prepares what he thinks is a tray of food fit for a Hollywood bigwig. Despite Winslow`s insistence that he does have an agent, Phil brushes that aside in his attempt to get in good with the star.

Fine Food and Drink
Phil fixes a tray of food for Michael Winslow which includes M&M`s separated by color and still and sparkling water. Warren attempts to order a 7 and 7 from the bartender, who will not serve him alcohol. Thus he switches from Fresca to 7Up. He later fashions the words "Kill me" out of ketchup and french fries. Ed compliments Frankie on her meatloaf. Molly disguises a sympathetic container of ice cream by first offering Carol a veal chop.
